Strooivaatje 18e-eeuw met zilveren applicaties | Sprinkler vessel, 18th-century applied with silver

Hierbij een bol-vormig blauwwit strooivaatje met zilveren applicaties waarvan aan de voet, en diens dekseldop. De basis van het porseleinen vaatje komt uit de 18e-eeuw, met stypisch Kangxi decor van poederblauwe blad motieven die symmetrisch omhoog lopen.  Het toegepaste zilverwerk dateerd uit de 19e-eeuw, zichtbaar is op de dekseldop een zwaardje als keurmerk, een aardig detail zijn de 3 ster-vormige openingen.

A spherical blue and white sprinkling vessel with silver applications, of which at the foot, and its lid. The base of the porcelain vessel comes from the 18th-century, with typical Kangxi decoration of powder blue leaf motifs that run symmetrically upwards. The applied silverware dates from the 19th-century, a sword is visible on the lid as a hallmark, a nice detail are the 3 star-shaped openings.
